Daekyo tops the 2005 KCSI survey

Daekyo topped the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting in the educational service sector.
 Unlike production indices that assess the quantitative growth of the Korean economy such as GNP or GDP, KCSI is a composite index indicating the degree of customer satisfaction for the products and services in Korea and evaluating the qualitative growth of the national industrial economy.
 This latest feat of Daekyo is expected to boost its image and reputation for reliability as well as enhance corporate value. More importantly, the meaning of the customer satisfaction management pursued by the company has been objectively recognized.
